SHR Talent is partnering with a growing organization in Nashville, TN to hire an Entry Level IT Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional looking to build hands-on experience in a collaborative and unique technology environment., n

 * Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and related technology.
\n

 * Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues.
\n

 * Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers and peripheral devices.
\n

 * Assist with technology inspections and preventative maintenance.
\n

 * Support various operational technology, including tablets, printers, scanners, displays, and other devices.
\n

 * Install and update computer software as needed.
\n

 * Set up and monitor A/V equipment for meetings and events.
\n

 * Coordinate with third-party technology support when necessary.
\n

 * Assist with hardware repairs and replacements.
