End-User Training And Support, One of our top clients in the Gulfport, MS area is looking for an IT professional to join their team on a long-term contract. This role requires strong IT support experience as well as PowerShell scripting., Provide onsite technical support focusing primarily on end-user devices (computers, printers, tablets, cellphones, radios, CISCO phones, video walls, conference rooms, etc.) and specialized systems M-F.

Provide onsite technology support for the existing sites.

Collaborate with other company personnel to provide support, including after-hours as needed, for storm-related and critical 24/7 business operations.

Manage implementation of systems and system patches/updates to minimize impact on operations.

Provide consulting, including technology needs assessments, potential solutions, and automation opportunities.

Work with the business and other departments for incident and problem resolution.

Identify opportunities to educate business partners on leveraging the use of technology more effectively.

Build relationships with key business partners and act as a liaison between the business and our department.

Partner with End User Support Techs and various other teams, and other company groups to form a dedicated support team.
