We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Lead Data Scientist to steer our advanced data science initiatives, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role demands not only a deep understanding of data science principles but also a proven track record in deploying Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in a production environment., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related STEM field; Master's Degree preferred.

 * Minimum of seven years of experience in data science, with a significant focus on healthcare data.
 * Proven experience in deploying Generative AI/LLM solutions in a production environment.
 * Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
 * Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
 * Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

## Description

* Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs, ensuring their integration into production systems.
 * Oversee the entire data science project lifecycle, from model conception to deployment and continuous monitoring.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
 * Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data science projects with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
