## About the Role

* Proven track record delivering large-scale, end-to-end, data migration programmes within complex ERP transformation environments.
 * Strong experience leading data quality, cleansing and remediation activities.
 * Experience managing migration testing, reconciliation and business sign-off processes.
 * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
 * Excellent planning, delivery management and risk management skills.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
 * Experience working within highly regulated or asset-intensive industries - priority given to Aviation, Engineering, Aerospace/defence
 * Proven long term engagements, multiple short term engagements means you will not be considered.

Desirable Experience

 * Data migration experience within SAP, AMOS, Oracle or similar size/complex ERP
 * References on record to provide at initial submission
 * Background supporting business integration, merger or acquisition initiatives.
 * PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile or equivalent project delivery qualifications.

## Description

We are supporting a major enterprise transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex data migration workstream.

This role will take ownership of data readiness, cleansing, migration planning, validation and cutover activities as part of a large-scale operational systems implementation. Working across business and technology teams, you will ensure data is accurately prepared, migrated and adopted within the new operating environment.

While it is a 1 year initial contract, it is a 4-5 year programme that they would look to keep you on., * Lead all data migration activities from planning through to cutover and hypercare.

 * Develop and manage migration plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules.
 * Drive business data readiness, cleansing and quality improvement initiatives.
 * Coordinate data mapping, validation, reconciliation and testing activities.
 * Manage migration rehearsals, mock runs and production migration events.
 * Track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies across the migration life cycle.
 * Engage senior stakeholders, business SMEs and third-party delivery partners.
 * Provide governance, reporting and progress updates to programme leadership., Data Delivery Manager - Heathrow 3 days/week - \u00a3950/day inside IR35 - 1 year contract
