## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
\n

 * 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, IT service management, or technology operations leadership roles
\n

 * Demonstrated ownership of enterprise cloud (Azure preferred), network, data center, and end user computing environments
\n

 * Proven experience building and running IT service management and help desk functions, including ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management practices
\n

 * Experience supporting distributed environments, including retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, strongly preferred
\n

 * Strong track record managing infrastructure and vendor budgets, including cost optimization and contract negotiation, * Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
