Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, you'll play an integral role in our content marketing and social media department-helping develop standout content while contributing to strategy and engagement across a diverse client portfolio. This is a hybrid creative/strategic role-ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and social performance. What You'll Do * Concept, write, shoot, and edit social-first content including photo, video, and graphics across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.) * Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other creatives, and support client communications, to create platform-specific content for client brands * Stay ahead of trends and proactively pitch ideas that help clients stay relevant and engaging * Capture content at shoots and events including BTS, interviews, and social video * Actively engage with followers and help manage community interactions (DMs, comments, etc.) * Develop and maintain social media calendars and coordinate posting across multiple channels * Conduct competitive audits and benchmarking to inform recommendations * Track and report on content performance, using insights and analytics to guide strategy and refine future work * Assist with procurement and logistics for shoots (talent, props, locations, etc.) * Other duties as assigned, We want to get to know you, your social skills, and your creative point of view.
