## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in project management specifically within the SAP domain.
 * 8+ years of experience leading SAP Supply Chain and warehousing projects.
 * Proven expertise in system integration between SAP ECC and S/4HANA EWM on a functional level.
 * Extensive experience having completed at least 2 full life cycle SAP SCM implementations.
 * Deep understanding of IT management methodologies such as ITIL or IT4IT.
 * Proficiency in the Microsoft O365 suite including SharePoint and Teams.
 * Strong ability to steer, influence, and cooperate with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
 * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
 * You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level with at least B2 level proficiency in English and the other national language.

Nice to Haves

 * Functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Stockroom Management.
 * Experience with integration between SAP PM, PP, and PS modules.
 * Experience with SAP mobile device implementations in warehouse environments or Kardex tower integrations.
 * Experience managing projects using Jira and Confluence.
 * Knowledge of change management via ADKAR or SAP Activate methodologies.

## Description

* Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.
 * Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and external implementation partners.
 * Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budget proposals, and risk mitigation strategies.
 * Steer the functional solution design towards clean core principles and efficient system integration.
 * Coordinate closely with internal IT teams and system integrators to manage the transition from legacy systems to the new platform.
 * Utilize PMO tools to maintain clear documentation and provide regular reporting to senior management.
 * Facilitate effective communication between business departments and technical delivery teams.
