## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

 * Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate) are highly valued
 * In-depth D365 F&O Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of F&O modules and capabilities.
 * Configuration Proficiency: Ability to configure workflows, data entities, business rules, and security models within D365 F&O. Recommended Certificates

## Description

Barcelona, Spain 'Location: Barcelona (Hybrid: Home and office). The D365 F&O Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This includes gathering business requirements, configuring the system, supporting integrations, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption. Key Responsibilities:

 * Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
 * Configure D365 F&O modules (Finance) to meet business needs.
 * Design and configure D365 F&O modules mandatorily General Ledger (also preferred Accounts Payable and receivable , Project Management & Accounting) to meet identified needs, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality where possible.
 * Defining Organization Structure and Configuring reporting capabilities.
 * Lead and support end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects.
 * Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate system integrations with third-party applications and legacy systems.
 * Define and document integration requirements, data mappings, and transformation rules.
 * Support data migration and ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
 * Conduct functional testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
 * Provide training and post-go-live support to end-users.
 * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
 * Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications
