## About the Role

Requirements 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity / Cyber Resilience.
Strong experience with Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, CMDB and ITSM.
Experience with incident response, crisis management and system recovery.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English.
Experience with ServiceNow or CrowdStrike is highly valued.

## Description

Cyber Resilience Lead We are looking for an experienced Cyber Resilience Lead to join an international organization and strengthen its cyber and operational resilience capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead Cyber Resilience, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) initiatives.
Coordinate response and recovery during cyber incidents, including ransomware scenarios.
Define and review RTOs, RPOs, backup and recovery strategies.
Identify resilience gaps across critical IT systems and infrastructure.
Coordinate recovery exercises and crisis simulations.
Work closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, IT Operations and senior stakeholders.
