## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in data migration, master data management or large-scale data transformation projects.

 * Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data profiling and ETL/data transformation tools.

 * Experience with SAP master and transactional data.

 * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA migration approaches and migration tooling is highly desirable.

 * Experience with scripting languages such as Python is a plus.

 * Interest in modern data and analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI.

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 * Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
 * Independent, structured and result-oriented working style.
 * Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe to support future migration projects.

## Description

* Lead local data migration activities from preparation through execution for SAP S/4HANA implementations.

 * Extract, analyse and profile data from legacy systems.

 * Identify data quality issues and drive cleansing and remediation activities.

 * Define and validate data mappings, transformation rules and business rules.

 * Execute mock loads, migration testing and reconciliation activities.

 * Support cutover and hypercare phases during go-live.

 * Develop insights and reporting related to migration progress and data quality.

 * Act as a trusted advisor to Data Owners, Data Stewards, Key Users and IT teams.

 * Investigate root causes of data issues and implement sustainable solutions.
