## Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to help develop data-driven solutions within a large financial organisation.

You will work at the intersection of data science, software engineering and business, turning complex datasets into scalable solutions that can be used in real-world applications.

What you'll do

 * Develop and productionise machine learning models
 * Analyse large and complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities
 * Build data processing and feature engineering pipelines
 * Develop Python-based data and machine learning solutions
 * Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers and business stakeholders
 * Experiment with different statistical and machine learning techniques
 * Deploy, monitor and improve models in production
 * Contribute to MLOps and model lifecycle management
 * Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
