Bonus points if you have * Experience with Figma, Mural or prototyping tools. * Experience of content strategy or information architecture at programme level. * Active SC clearance (or eligibility). ## Description Brio Digital is searching for an experienced Lead Content Designer to join our client's team on a contract basis (outside IR35). You will lead content design on a Central Government programme via a delivery partner, setting standards and guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver clear, accessible, user-centred services. What you'll do as a Lead Content Designer * Lead the content design approach across the programme, setting direction, standards and ways of working. * Mentor and quality-assure the work of content designers, running content crits and pair-writing sessions. * Work closely with user researchers, service designers, interaction designers and product managers to shape end-to-end services. * Use research and data to identify user needs and continually improve content. * Make sure content meets the GOV.UK style guide, GDS Service Standard and accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.2 AA). * Represent content design in service assessments and with senior stakeholders, and challenge decisions constructively where needed.
