 * Technical architecture and design decision-making.
 * AI-assisted development, including GitHub Copilot and coding agents.
 * Secure development, automated testing, observability and production support.
 * Experience with technical risk, delivery, mentoring and stakeholder management.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 * Hands-on approach with the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
