Following Epic big bang go-live, our client continues to invest in improving patient access, scheduling efficiency, and patient engagement through MyChart and Cadence enhancements at specialty clinics. This role will focus on MyChart go-lives rolling out at the specialty clinics, evaluating current-state workflows, partnering with operational stakeholders, and implementing solutions that improve the patient scheduling experience while increasing access across the organization. The ideal consultant brings strong Epic build experience, understands ambulatory scheduling operations, and can independently drive optimization efforts in a complex healthcare environment.
