## About the Role

* Strong experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI.
 * Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations and coding.
 * Able to understand and troubleshoot code, ideally using Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL or similar.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable taking ownership of a varied systems environment.
 * Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a broad, hands-on role with significant autonomy to improve our systems, integrations and use of automation and AI.

## Description

* Manage and support Sage 50, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Joblogic and Roveel.
 * Troubleshoot system, data and integration issues and provide user support.
 * Maintain and develop API integrations with clients and third-party systems.
 * Develop automation, reporting and business applications to improve processes.
 * Review, test and troubleshoot AI-generated code and technical solutions.
 * Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver practical improvements.
