Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance Operations and Technology, you'll help shape the future direction of data, analytics, automation and AI across the organisation., * Lead the Data & Reporting and Automation functions. * Manage two direct reports alongside wider UK, offshore and outsourced teams. * Drive best practice across data engineering, reporting, testing, governance and quality assurance. * Lead the development and governance of semantic models to support self-service analytics. * Provide technical leadership across Databricks, SQL, Python and Power BI environments. * Ensure robust Power BI governance, security and reporting standards. * Support and oversee an established automation capability with 120+ live automations. * Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for intelligent automation and AI adoption. * Contribute towards initiatives involving OCR, AI-driven automation and emerging agentic AI capabilities. * Act as the technical escalation point, challenging solutions and ensuring high standards across delivery.
