Presenting - Help prepare client presentationsRequirement gathering - Attend workshops to gather notes, write up requirements and collect feedbackBusiness processes - Maintain 'way of working' within teams to execute projects in an efficient and timely mannerSolution design - Work with delivery and technical colleagues to transform client requirements into best practise Salesforce solutionsConfiguration - Configure client Salesforce platform including structure and functionality, troubleshooting, deployment and upload of dataTesting - Support unit testing, system testing, and acceptance testing activitiesDemo - Demonstrate the solution to the client at regular intervals during the buildTraining - run workshops to train clients and AdministratorsClient relationship - engage with client stakeholders to analyse business processes and functional requirementsTravel - A willingness to travel as and when requiredTechnical Skills:2+ years of project delivery experience or Salesforce
