## About the Role

* Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
 * Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise-wide data migration and transformation programs, ideally with Teamcenter and SAP S/4HANA
 * Proven expertise in data readiness, data governance, data quality management, and migration execution
 * Strong understanding of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, methodical, and detail-oriented approach
 * Excellent project, stakeholder, communication, and collaboration skills in global and cross-functional environments

## Description

* Definition and execution of global data migration strategies, plans, mappings, and cut-over runbooks, as well as end-to-end migration support across PLM, SAP, and other enterprise systems
 * Coordination of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading activities across source and target systems
 * Support of mock migrations and dress rehearsals to ensure deployment readiness
 * Acting as the primary point of contact for business teams, IT counterparts, and external vendors, including concise status and progress reporting
 * Driving the definition and collection of business requirements, as well as the validation of data mappings
 * Contribution to the continuous improvement of migration methodologies, templates, and tooling
