## About the Role

* 1 to 2 full life cycle implementations/upgrades of Oracle Cloud Applications
 * Possess a thorough understanding of and expertise in the management and delivery of:
 * Hyperion Planning Suite
 * Essbase
 * Financial Reporting Studio
 * Financial Management
 * Smart View
 * Financial Data Quality Manager
 * Data Relationship Manager
 * EPM business rules, web forms, calc scripts
 * Other desirable skills Include:
 * Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels cross functional organization (IT-Business)
 * Leadership presence; commands respect through exercise of sound business judgment and clear decision-making.
 * Experience with cultural, organizational and business process change efforts
 * Ability to work across organizational boundaries and broad functional areas to obtain buy-in and support, communicate and provide leadership for implementing capabilities

Experience:

 * Minimum 5-8 years of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management suite experience, including systems support and administration and/or developments of Hyperion applications in an 11.x environment.
 * Life Sciences experience preferred.

Education:

 * Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * College Degree in Finance or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education, experience, credentials (CPA) also a strong plus

## Description

Actively participates in the functional adoption and continuous improvement lifecycle of the EPM systems through work with stakeholders to interpret business needs and issues, effectively translating them to actionable requirements. Identifies process change opportunities and risks. Influences future application enhancements. Monitors service requests, incidents and projects and ensure that they are completed in a timely and high-quality manner. This individual will apply functional as well as technical competence, business process knowledge with proven analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of IT investments and initiatives.
