## Description

The Director of Technology is responsible for leading the overall technology
strategy and IT operations for Extraordinary Brands. This role oversees the systems,
platforms, and infrastructure that support corporate operations and franchise systems.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Technology provides
leadership for the company's IT function, including enterprise systems, infrastructure,
vendor partnerships, and technology support operations. The role ensures the company's
systems are reliable, secure, and scalable while supporting the operational needs of both
internal teams and franchise owners., The Director of Technology leads the company's IT strategy and operational technology environment.

 * Lead the development and execution of the company's overall technology strategy

and IT roadmap.

 * Align technology platforms and infrastructure with the organization's operational

needs and long-term growth plans.

 * Provide leadership and oversight of the internal IT function and technology support

team.

 * Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency,

scalability, and operational performance.

 * Oversee the performance, stability, and integration of enterprise software systems

used across the organization.

 * Ensure the reliability of cloud-based platforms, SaaS systems, and internal

technology infrastructure.
