 * Perform deep-dive investigations into systemic issues and develop long-term solutions

 * Optimize failover and redundancy strategies to minimize downtime

 * Develop SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for critical services and ensure they are met

 * Develop frameworks and tools to reduce manual intervention in operations

 * Mentor junior and intermediate ASE's, providing guidance on best practices

 * Lead technical discussions and contribute to decision-making processes

 * Work closely with development teams to integrate Embedded Horizontal Application Support

practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

 * Engage with product management to align reliability goals with business objectives

 * Collaborate with security teams to ensure that reliability improvements do not compromise security

 * Performs other duties as required
