## About the Role

* 2+ years of network engineering or network support experience.
 * Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and switching.
 * Experience troubleshooting enterprise networks.
 * Knowledge of network security concepts, VPNs, and firewalls.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Preferred: Cisco routing and switching, Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba ClearPass or other NAC solutions, CCNA, Network+, Aruba, or similar certifications.

Education Requirements:

 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
 * Equivalent hands-on networking experience considered in lieu of degree.

## Description

Our client seeks a Network Engineer I to support and maintain a multi-site network infrastructure. The role includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity, supporting routing and switching technologies, and assisting with firewall, VPN, and network security administration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals., * Support daily LAN/WAN network operations across multiple sites.

 * Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
 * Assist with routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and wireless infrastructure support.
 * Monitor network health and respond to incidents.
 * Support network upgrades, changes, and implementations.
 * Maintain network documentation and diagrams.
 * Participate in root cause analysis and issue resolution.
 * Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to support business operations.
