The Hi-Fiber project is the Google's initiative to replace their older Coax cable with fiber. NTT wants to put together a team of experienced technicians to be the first at a new Google location to set up the processes and procedures for the first 6-8 weeks of these projects. This team will travel in to get these projects going the right direction and then move on to another Google location and to the same thing. When there are down times between projects they will be working at the Google Datacenter on site in their home markets. They want to bring in experienced datacenter technicians who can step in and handle this work from day one. Eventually they will hire level 1 cable pullers to step in and complete the projects for the long haul. These Datacenter Technicians also need to have troubleshooting experience., This role supports a large nationwide cabling initiative for a major data center client, focusing on upgrading legacy coax infrastructure to modern fiber solutions. You will work as part of a specialized Level 2 tiger team of data center technicians that travels to new sites, establishes processes and procedures, and ensures projects start correctly and run smoothly.
