* 8+ years of professional software development experience.
 * 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with React.js.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
 * Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit.
 * Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
 * Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
 * Strong knowledge of Git and modern development workflows.
 * Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks.
 * Good understanding of frontend performance optimization.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

 * Experience with Next.js.
 * Experience with Node.js and basic backend development.
 * Knowledge of micro-frontends.
