## About the Role

Work Authorization: Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

We are looking for a AI Developer to support enterprise AI and automation solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.

Key Requirements:

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-powered automation solutions.
 * Experience with Microsoft and third-party connectors, including configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and data exchange.
 * Knowledge of APIs, data integration, Power Platform, and automation.
 * Experience supporting AI agents, workflows, or enterprise application integrations.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

 * Banking or financial services industry experience.
 * Microsoft Graph/API experience.
 * Power Automate or Power Apps experience.
 * Enterprise AI/agent development experience.
