## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in QA/Functional Testing.
 * 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos.
 * Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM.
 * Experience testing Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Scheduling, and Accruals.
 * Strong understanding of pay rules, overtime, timecards, and payroll processes.
 * Experience with SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
 * Experience writing test cases and test scenarios from business requirements.
 * Knowledge of SQL for backend/data validation.
 * Experience with Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar defect-management tools.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced UKG/Kronos Functional Tester to support testing activities for workforce management and payroll-related applications. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing of UKG/Kronos modules and validating business processes related to timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll., * Perform functional testing of UKG/Kronos Workforce Management applications.

 * Create and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
 * Validate timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, leave/PTO, and payroll interfaces.
 * Test UKG/Kronos configurations against business requirements.
 * Perform SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
 * Validate employee timecards, pay rules, overtime, premiums, holidays, and accruals.
 * Test integrations between UKG/Kronos and HR, payroll, benefits, and other enterprise systems.
 * Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
 * Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira, ALM, or ServiceNow.
 * Work closely with Business Analysts, HR/Payroll teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
 * Participate in defect triage and provide testing status reports.
 * Support UAT users and troubleshoot functional issues.
 * Review requirements and create RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix).
 * Ensure testing follows established QA standards and processes.
