What You'll Do:

 * Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations.
 * Operational Management: Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
 * Client & Stakeholder Relations: Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.
 * Infrastructure Assurance: Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.
 * Quality & Standards: Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.
 * Risk & Methodologies: Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
 * Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.
 * Values Alignment: Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
