## About the Role

* US Citizen with the Ability to obtain minimum of secret level security clearance, will upgrade to TS
 * Strong spoken and written English skills
 * Certified Atlassian Developer with 3+ years of experience
 * Expert level experience in Jira, Confluence, and JSM
 * Customize Jira and Confluence to provide specific outcomes, processes, and dashboards
 * JQL, SQL, HTML expert
 * Ability to use MS Office suite
 * Ability to telework with clear phone and internet connectivity

Preferred

 * Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years' experience.
 * DoD knowledge / experience.
 * Working knowledge or better of CSS, Java, and Python
 * High-level understanding of technology (networking, software installation).
 * Experience with agile practices
 * Proven adaptability in high-stress situations.

## Description

* Expertly operate Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management
 * Configure Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management to provide specific outcomes
 * Code in JQL, SQL, and HTML to build custom products
 * Track projects in Jira and upload and maintain documentation in Confluence.
 * Other duties as assigned, which may include but are not limited to:
 + Researching a subject independent of a SME
 + Creating training materials i.e. videos, ppt, PDF
 + User test instructions provided by team or customer
