* 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years focused on blockchain development

 * Deep hands-on experience with blockchain node infrastructure, consensus algorithms, and protocol-level system design

 * Strong proficiency in one or more of: Rust, Go, Solidity, Java, or Python
\n

 * Working knowledge of blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Cosmos, Hyperledger, or comparable L1/L2 networks

 * Solid grasp of cryptographic primitives, key management, and on-chain security practices
\n

 * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

 * A track record of shipping production blockchain infrastructure-not just smart contracts
\n, * Experience with stablecoin systems, CBDC infrastructure, or RWA tokenization
