WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

 * Experience developing object-oriented software applications in Java

 * Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework for building backend services and REST APIs
 * Proficiency in ReactJS for building modern, component-based front-end applications
 * Solid understanding of and practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), including writing unit and integration tests before/alongside implementation
 * Working knowledge of the stages of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
 * Understanding of API design and integration, including RESTful endpoint design, versioning, and documentation (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger)
 * Exposure to data streaming platforms, particularly Kafka, including concepts like producers/consumers, topics, and partitions.

 * Proficient understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
 * Proficient at applying technical standards and methodologies to resolve issues in creative ways and help company meet financial and business objectives

 * Ability to obtain a public trust
 * US CITIZENSHIP required, 2 + years of related experience
