This role will also occasionally support our Enterprise Services Delivery model, which focuses on temporarily embedding Unite Us team members in the early stages of partnership with customers who have significant business impact to provide expedited delivery and early ROI. The Implementation Manager will work with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to proactively assess customer workflows and system adoption and consult with the customer to celebrate successes. This role includes a willingness to travel occasionally for customer needs, proven experience in managing customer relationships, and an ability to proactively identify risks and respond appropriately to rapidly changing situations.
