## About the Role

* Two to three years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline
 * Advanced proficiency in SQL

 * Experience within financial services, consulting, or an enterprise reporting environment
 * Familiarity with financial reporting or human resources analytics
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

## Description

The Data Analyst will develop and maintain analytics and reporting solutions that support critical business priorities and informed decision making. Successful candidates will combine advanced SQL capabilities with strong business judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into accurate and actionable data products.

Collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, and functional leaders will be central to the position. Significant investment in the data organization offers an opportunity to help shape processes, reporting standards, and analytical capabilities during an important period of growth., * Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical products that support business and functional stakeholders

 * Write, optimize, and validate SQL used across analytics and enterprise reporting
 * Translate business needs into clear data requirements and technical specifications
 * Build reliable data transformations and reporting workflows using dbt, Databricks, and related analytics tools
 * Establish data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness
 * Conduct ad hoc analyses and communicate clear, actionable findings
 * Maintain documentation covering data sources, business logic, transformations, lineage, and reporting processes
 * Partner with finance, human resources, compliance, risk, and enterprise reporting teams
 * Contribute to the continued development of reporting processes, governance standards, and data quality practices
