## About the Role

* Strong commercial experience in Computer Vision - we are looking for experienced Senior-level engineers.
 * Strong Python skills.
 * Solid Machine Learning background.
 * Hands-on experience with Computer Vision and image processing.
 * Experience with at least one major ML framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
 * Ability to independently approach technical problems and propose solutions.
 * Very good English - C1 or higher.
 * Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
 * Ability to work effectively with a distributed international team.
 * Availability or openness to working approximately 12:00-20:00 Polish time, with some flexibility to adjust the schedule, to ensure sufficient overlap with teams based in Boston and San Francisco.

Nice to have:

 * Experience in medical imaging.
 * Experience working with biological or microscopy images.
 * Previous experience in MedTech, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences.
 * Experience developing ML solutions for image-based diagnostic applications.
 * Experience working with highly specialized or scientific domains.
