## Description

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for development, design, implementation, testing and delivery of MES (Flexflow) Solutions. You will need to analyze complex business problems in order to solve them by designing systems in order to make them more efficient and providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, improves productivity and quality of systems.

What a typical day looks like:

 * Requirement gathering from Customers, Business team, Operations to map Solutions.

 * Create/customize Flexflow to support of new requirements and/or projects (customer requests, site efficiency enhancements, etc)

 * Involve in new customer onboarding with collaboration with various teams.

 * Standardize solutions & prepare playbooks / documents for repeatable executions across projects.

 * Design/Implement Flexflow-Baan ERP interfacing, Test equipment interfacing, External customer system interfacing.

 * Perform functional & Integration testing of the solution to be implemented

 * Provide day-day L2/L3 incident support (Root Cause Analysis, Preventive & Corrective Actions) for Flexflow

 * Translate Business Requirements Documentation into Functional/Technical specifications for Solutions/Development teams
