## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Engineering Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt (Core or Cloud).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable, production-grade data pipelines and will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to data engineering teams., * Lead the technical design and development of scalable data engineering and ELT solutions using Snowflake and dbt.

 * Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, transformations, and ELT pipelines.
 * Implement dbt incremental models, snapshots, testing, documentation, and deployment strategies.
 * Perform Snowflake performance tuning and cost optimization.
 * Design and maintain production-grade data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines for dbt and follow DevOps-driven deployment practices.
 * Integrate and manage data orchestration tools for reliable pipeline execution.
 * Establish automated data quality, testing, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
 * Apply Snowflake security best practices, including access controls, roles, permissions, and secure data handling.
 * Use Git/version control and follow established branching and code-review practices.
 * Participate in and lead technical design and architecture reviews.
 * Mentor data engineers and provide technical guidance to offshore team members.
 * Work effectively in an onsite-offshore delivery model and coordinate with offshore teams to drive successful project delivery.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and ensure the reliability and performance of data pipelines.
