What You'll Do * Prioritize between existing customers versus new customers, and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence * Define a set of KPIs and monitor success metrics through SQL-powered Tableau dashboards and have the ability to analyze and utilize them in the decision-making processes * Conduct user research and contribute to the design of software. Push for high reliability and responsiveness from a systems and user satisfaction perspective * Manage the implementation and ongoing success of software products, including (re)defining requirements, sprint planning, and release management * Work with Engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios * Oversee the product development lifecycle from inception to launch, with an ability to prioritize the most important features to maximize impact * Lead stakeholder discussions for overall vision and translate them into detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks, then feedback Engineering discussions to refine them as well as work cross-functionally with Business, internal users, Engineering, UX Design to define and drive product vision and strategy
