This initiative focuses on replacing legacy coaxial cabling infrastructure with fiber optic cabling across multiple Google data center locations. The Tiger Team will be the first group deployed to new project sites, spending approximately 6-8 weeks establishing processes, procedures, and project standards to ensure successful execution. Once a site is operational and transitioned to long-term project teams, the Tiger Team will move to the next Google data center location. During periods between travel assignments, technicians will be assigned to support Google data center operations within their home market.
