 * Strong knowledge of web application development.

 * Strong problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
 * Experience mentoring junior engineers and effectively collaborating with team members.

## Description

* Contribute technical guidance within the team to support efficient delivery of features and promote high performance.
 * Actively participate in team process improvement and mentor less experienced team members.
 * Advise the team on selecting appropriate technology choices, considering scalability, maintainability, performance, and integration capabilities.
 * Contribute to defining the team's code standards and development processes.
 * Proactively interact with internal and external clients to help clarify project requirements.
