Insight Global is seeking an Data Management/Reporting Analyst for a top financial services client. This individual will play a key role in driving workforce transparency and operational excellence through data analytics, dashboard development, and process optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics expertise with business process improvement skills, leveraging tools such as Tableau, JIRA, and Excel to transform complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership. This position will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define requirements, enhance reporting capabilities, improve data governance, and deliver impactful executive-level scorecards and dashboards. Candidates with strong data management experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for analytics-driven transformation will thrive in this highly visible role. Day-to-Day: * Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, themes, and
correlations * Facilitate data gathering and process design sessions * Create process documentation, training materials, and business requirements * Define requirements for data collection and automated scorecards * Collaborate with development teams on data architecture and implementation * Build and maintain large, complex datasets * Support data transformation, metadata, lineage, and quality controls * Develop and enhance operational dashboards and reporting solutions * Execute and support integration, regression, and performance testing * Review test results and troubleshoot issues * Partner with project managers on deployment and support documentation * Support executive metric reporting and communications * Identify data governance gaps and remediation opportunities * Perform experimentation and analytics validation efforts * Monitor KPIs, controls, and operational performance metrics * Provide stakeholder updates and governance support
