## Description

This is a hands-on Tier 2 IT role requiring full ownership of site IT operations. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, flexible, and willing to do whatever is necessary to get the job done., * Primary IT support for Florida site

 * Tier 2 on-site and remote support
 * Windows troubleshooting (limited macOS)
 * Microsoft 365 administration
 * Ticketing system and RMM usage
 * Intune / MDM deployment support
 * Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
 * Printer, phone, and device setup
 * Equipment ordering, pickups and setup
 * Lifting, carrying and installing equipment as needed

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

This is a hands-on, multitasking role in a growing organization. Candidates should be comfortable handling technical support, equipment setup, ordering, site visits, and logistics as needed.
