## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and mobile app architecture. Familiarity with native modules (iOS/Android) is a plus.
 * Proven ability to lead projects and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (EAS, Bitrise, Jenkins, etc).
 * Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Providers, etc).
 * Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools (Postman, Swagger, etc).
 * Experience working with AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, Claude, MCP, etc).

## Description

* Architect, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
 * Take end-to-end responsibility for features-from concept to deployment-ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.
 * Guide junior developers, foster best practices, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
 * Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
 * Implement and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.
 * Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes.
