This position works closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep products moving accurately and efficiently through our warehouse-from receiving and inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for customers and installation. We work with high-end residential and commercial clients, so accuracy, organization, and attention to detail matter. The right person will take pride in getting the details right, understand the importance of handling products carefully, and recognize that a small mistake in the warehouse can have a big impact on a customer's experience. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying organized, working as part of a team, and taking ownership of their work. What You'll Do * Receive and inspect incoming products and materials * Verify products against packing slips and order information * Put away and organize inventory in the appropriate locations * Pick products accurately for customer orders and installations * Pack and prepare products for delivery or installation * Load and unload trucks and deliveries * Maintain an organized and accurate warehouse * Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy * Help identify discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items * Follow established warehouse procedures and documentation requirements * Handle products carefully to prevent damage * Assist customers with loading products into their vehicles when needed * Assist with local deliveries as a backup, particularly during busy periods * Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to keep orders moving, Success in this role means the right product gets to the right place at the right time-and the details are right along the way.
