Mustang Cat is hiring a skilled Field Service Dispatcher to support our Power Systems division by coordinating service requests for diesel and natural gas engines and generator systems. In this role, you'll serve as the key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal service teams, ensuring timely repairs and exceptional customer support across Southeast Texas.

What You'll Do as a Field Service Dispatcher:

As a Power Systems Service Dispatcher, you'll play a central role in managing the field repair process-from scheduling technicians to communicating directly with customers.
