Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Partnering with ESH and functional SMEs to understand pain points and opportunities, then transcribing them into data-driven solutions. * Maintaining data analytics pipelines that support program management. * Utilizing statistics, machine learning, and AI to analyze program performance and operational metrics. * Creating interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that translate large complex datasets into actionable narratives that drive ESH efforts. * Collaborating with AI teams to develop and drive adoption of AI solutions. * Supporting the enterprise analytics strategy for ESH and sustainability * Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, KPI reports, and predictive models * Establishing data-governance standards, quality controls, and taxonomy for ESH data * Monitoring performance metrics, providing executive insights, and recommending corrective actions * Supporting the ESH Analytics Center of Excellence
