Candidates without managed services experience may not be considered., The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism., * 3+ years of experience in an MSP, IT consulting, or managed services environment, * Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Datto, Acronis, or Veeam

## Description

As a Tier 2 Systems & Network Engineer, you will work closely with our senior engineering team to support and maintain client environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Microsoft, networking, security, virtualization, and business continuity technologies.
