* Extensive experience in financial management and ERP implementations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
 * Strong understanding of public sector financial processes and best practices, to include Funds Management and Grants Management.
 * Proven track record of managing complex financial migrations and integrations.
 * Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage integrated project plans.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
 * Knowledge of compliance requirements and data governance.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to TSLAC, 2 CFR 200, and IRC retention policies, while supporting audits, controls, and security validation. Stakeholder Management: Engage COSA stakeholders, provide executive oversight for IBM delivery, support escalations, and remove strategic roadblocks to ensure alignment with transformation objectives.
