## About the Role

* 10+ years of QA/testing experience, with demonstrated hands-on testing in Workday.
\n

 * Experience executing testing across multiple Workday modules (not limited to Core HCM).
\n

 * Proven ability to operate as a hands-on Test Lead, not just a coordinator.
\n

 * Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration dependencies, and integration touchpoints.
\n

 * Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, regression suites, and test evidence.
\n

 * Experience using Digital.ai (or similar tools) for intake, tracking, and managing testing work.
\n

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate testing results and risks.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:\n
\n

 * Experience supporting Workday release cycles (including Workday's semi-annual updates).
\n

 * Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or ServiceNow (in addition to Digital.ai).
\n

 * Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments (financial services experience is a plus).
\n

 * Prior experience supporting organizations undergoing acquisitions or large-scale change.
\n
