You will work closely with systems, electrical, software, quality, and test engineers to develop highly reliable and safety-critical medical device solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, ownership of complex technical challenges, and a passion for delivering high-quality products in a regulated environment., * Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for medical device products. * Develop software for microcontrollers, processors, and hardware interfaces. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate system requirements into firmware designs and implementations. * Participate in firmware architecture, design reviews, risk analyses, and technical decision-making. * Develop and execute unit, integration, and system-level testing. * Support hardware bring-up, debugging, and root cause investigations. * Create and maintain software design documentation in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. * Contribute to continuous integration, automated testing, and software quality initiatives. * Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. * Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices. * Stay current with emerging embedded technologies, development techniques, and industry trends.
