This is a Contract position focused on investigating Active Directory issues, reviewing system and event logs, and restoring stable directory services across the environment. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills across Windows-based infrastructure and close attention to authentication, access, and related platform dependencies. Responsibilities: Analyze Active Directory and server logs to identify the source of directory service errors and related authentication issues. Troubleshoot and resolve problems affecting user access, domain services, and overall system reliability within the Windows environment. Assess the health and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server platforms that interact with Active Directory. Examine Azure Active Directory integration points to uncover synchronization, identity, or access-related concerns. Support investigation of Citrix-connected infrastructure where directory service issues may be impacting application or desktop access. Review Microsoft Exchange dependencies tied to directory services and address issues that affect connectivity or account functionality. Document findings, corrective actions, and recommended next steps to improve stability and prevent recurring issues.
