## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A degree in Naval Architecture, Shipbuilding, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Marine Engineering discipline is preferred.
 * 3+ years experience in shipbuilding, structural design, engineering, and/or 3D CAD.
 * Strong understanding of the U.S. maritime industry. We especially value experience in military shipyard environments.
 * High customer orientation and proactive problem-solving skills.
 * Exceptional communication skills with strong public speaking ability for training and demos.
 * Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
 * Basic programming knowledge (for instance C++) is considered a plus.
 * Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

## Description

* Providing technical support and training to help customers adopt and use the software effectively throughout their projects.
 * Advise customers on hull structure modeling and efficient ways of working with software system
 * Solve technical questions and troubleshooting complex issues.
 * Set up and run training sessions both remotely and at customer sites.
 * Participate in the sales process as our technical software expert giving software demonstrations.
 * Process customer feedback into clear and actionable input for product development.
